New Brand. Same Company. Same Quality.

Dayloom is a combination of the words ‘day’ and ‘loom’. ‘Day’ referring to both light and the time of day. And ‘loom’ referring to both the interweaving of different elements and the action of lingering. When combined together they speak to the synergy of our services creating transformative outdoor environments that allow the benefits of daytime (safety, security, and outdoor socializing) to loom into the night.

Dayloom brings people together through lighting, audio, and automation.

A Message From Our Founder

Since 2011, I’ve spent most of my evenings working on designs. Now, I can see a home during the day and immediately picture in my mind’s eye how it would look with great lighting. However, so many “lighting designers” lack this essential experience. In many cases, the people who call themselves experts in the field are landscapers or lighting franchisees who have taken a 1- or 2-day class and spent the majority of their time learning about the product, installation, and sales process.

But lighting design isn’t just about technical know-how: there’s artistry involved. With this in mind, we have taken our collective experiences and designed one of the most comprehensive lighting design training programs in the nation. After all, it takes years of hands-on experience to fully understand how to use light to create an amazing outdoor lighting design. There’s so much that goes into a single installation.
