We have a deep belief that people are united in the universal understanding that lighting affects us emotionally. Great lighting provides safety and looks beautiful, but more importantly it touches us emotionally. This is truly evident in a recent project we were honored to participate in with Willing Warriors in Haymarket, Virginia.

Willing Warriors

Willing Warriors is an amazing organization that brings in wounded, recovering soldiers and their entire family from hospitals such as Walter Reed out to their facility to help inspire and bring the family together during this traumatic time. Many of these warriors suffer from PTSD and are hyper vigilant. Great lighting helps to set the mood and gives a calming effect so these soldiers can focus on connecting with their families while they are recovering.

Enlightened Lighting was excited to partner with Willing Warriors by donating an outdoor lighting system to bring their property to life. Lighting has a way of bringing warmth, comfort, and security to an outdoor living space, and we were thrilled to be able to create such a space for our brave warriors and their families.
