Amanda is our Director of Operations. She brings her love of design and organization to Enlightened Lighting by overseeing our daily operation and procedures. She keeps us running as smoothly and efficiently as possible, so we can keep our energy and focus on our customers!
Amanda is a Northern Virginia local, born and raised in Fairfax County. She graduated from James Madison University and after spending three years teaching middle school English in Fairfax County, she switched gears and pursued her passion for interior design. In 2015, Amanda launched Amanda Van Roy Interiors, LLC. In 2020 her design journey brought her to Enlightened Lighting first as a lighting designer, and then as our director of operations.
She currently resides in Loudoun County, is married to Aaron, and has two children and labrador retriever named Scout.
